MENTORING EARLY STAGE ENTREPRENEURS

Social Impact Accelerator for KAIST South Korean MBA students

University of Sheffield
Sheffield, 2016

Synopsis

The University of Sheffield hosted a cohort of MBA students from South Korean on a specially designed Social Impact Accelerator. I was invited to act as a 1-to-1 mentor, alongside four other experts in social enterprise.

The success of the programme is very dependant on getting excellent support from leading facilitators and business mentors. When designing the programme I thought Laura would be a fantastic fit as she is incredibly knowledgeable about lean startup methodology and has a proven track record in supporting social entrepreneurs internationally. Her thorough understanding of social enterprise models and impact measurement really benefited the visiting students. We will be looking to work with Laura again on future programmes.
